Hospitality Coordinator – Production Crew

We are looking for a special person with a live event or production background who may also be interested in providing exceptional hospitality and service to national artists, touring professionals and local artists for our live events.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all hospitality needs during the day of event, pre show prep and advance.
  • Preparing the green room, dressing rooms and back stage area for artists. 
  • Shopping for artist’s green room and dressing room needs.
  • Correspond with TM when needed.
  • Responsible to order day of show dinner and pick up.
  • Assist touring merchandise handler and VIP company on day of show and in preparation. 
  • Help with lobby set up as it relates to production and hospitality needs.
  • Provide additional support to other back-of-house operations.
  • Day of show production runner.
  • Lead cleanup crew in preparation of the show and after show reset.
  • Performs tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.
  • Promote company wide standards and efficiencies.

Position Type:

In general must be available as schedule requires. Must have the availability to work a flexible schedule including some shows over 8 hours, evenings, and weekends when dictated by live events.

This position is performed in an event/technical environment. The candidate must be able to consistently lift up to 30 lbs. when unloading supplies.
