The State Theatre invites you and yours to a special, reserved seating, Valentine’s Day screening of “Casablanca”.  New offerings for this year include a limited “A Matinee At The Movies For Two” ticket & concessions bundle, and an opportunity to share a special message and photo on the big screen before the movie starts.

A Matinee At The Movies For Two

This bundle includes two tickets, one large popcorn, two non-alcoholic drinks, and a chocolate treat for two, plus an invitation card for your date! Invitation cards are available for pickup at the box office after purchase, or they can be mailed for a fee with physical tickets.

A Special Message

Do you have a special message and photo you’d like to share with a loved one on the big screen before the movie starts? Make sure to grab the add-on for a Custom Big Screen Message! 

Messages will display starting at 2:30pm, the movie starts at 2:45pm at the latest. Stop by the ticket counter after the movie to pick up a keep-sake print of your custom message.

Rick Blaine (Humphrey Bogart), who owns a nightclub in Casablanca, discovers his old flame Ilsa (Ingrid Bergman) is in town with her husband, Victor Laszlo (Paul Henreid). Laszlo is a famed rebel, and with Germans on his tail, Ilsa knows Rick can help them get out of the country.
