LaMP features Russ Lawton (Drums), Scott Metzger (Guitar) and Ray Paczkowski (Keys), in-demand masters from the likes of Trey Anastasio Band, Soule Monde, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, and more, coming together to create a power trio like you haven’t heard before. They’re wowing audiences with a fresh, so-tight-it’s-free sound, combining technical prowess with undeniable energy. It’s this chemistry that drives LaMP‘s newest studio album, One Of Us, released March 21 via Royal Potato Family. (Listen to lead single “Jasper’s World”.) Their sophomore release is gritty, edgy, and full of attitude — the melodic and harmonic interplay of Paczkowski’s swirling organ and clavinet dancing with Metzger’s acrobatic melodies on telecaster, both driven by Lawton’s unflappable backbeat. It’s immediate and irresistible.

Ham on a Stick is a genre-bending rock band based out of State College, PA. The band started as a solo project from lead singer/guitarist, Jack Warner before joining forces with bassist Nick Baldwin, guitarist Matt Niemeyer, drummer Mike Morrone, and keyboardist Drew Young in the fall of 2024. Since then, the group has played 20+ shows and counting. Ham on a Stick is known for their live performances and records and releases almost every show. With every show being a unique performance, never repeating the same setlist twice, Ham on a Stick is a must see group!
