Audio Engineers & Lighting Designers + Stage Techs – Production Crew
Engineers and Technicians wanted of varying degrees of experience. If you are a seasoned veteran or someone wanting to start out as a stagehand we would like to hear from you.
Basic responsibilities respective to Audio and Lighting, but are not limited to:
- Based on experience level, perform has lead engineer, designer or assistant for events.
- Help with in/out set up and strike of all shows and national acts.
- Assess and implement maintenance and upgrades to technical infrastructure.
- Maintain a clean, organized and positive work and tech environment.
- Promote company wide standards and efficiencies.
- Provide additional support to other back-of-house operations.
- Performs tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of all aspects of technical production. (audio engineers and lighting designers)
- Ability to remain calm in the high stress environment of a live performance.
- Highly motivated with strong problem solving skills.
- Artist centric with a focus on the needs of the performer.
- An excellent attitude, and eagerness to work.
- Focused on professionalism.
- A strong work ethic and a a drive to be in the service of others.
Position Type:
In general must be available as schedule requires. Must have the availability to work a flexible schedule including some shows over 8 hours, evenings, and weekends when dictated by live events.
This position is performed in both an office environment with administrative duties and in an event/technical environment. The candidate must be able to consistently lift 50-75 lbs. when unloading and loading and also be comfortable working on a ladder and lift as needed.
