Blue and White Film Festival

The Blue & White Film Festival is a yearly film festival sponsored by the Penn State Bellisario College of Communications and hosted by the Penn State Student Film Organization (SFO). It is the largest student film event held at Penn State and aims to bring our community together for the art of filmmaking and celebrate the best student film work over the past year at Penn State.
